Fullwidth ⇄ Halfwidth Converter
Convert letters, digits, katakana and symbols between fullwidth (zenkaku) and halfwidth (hankaku).
Convert
Halfwidth katakana with a voiced mark (e.g. ｶﾞ) is combined into one fullwidth character. Hiragana is not changed.
How to use
- Enter your text.
- Tick the character classes you want to convert; untick the rest.
- Press "To halfwidth" or "To fullwidth" — the text box is converted in place.

- Untick "Symbols & space" so only letters and digits (and katakana) are converted.
- Hyphens and dashes?
- Fullwidth
－⇄ halfwidth-is handled as a symbol. Look-alike characters (‐, —, −) are left alone.
